These are my core values as a journalist.

I spent the first six years of my career at The Sunday Mirror before going freelance in 2016. Since then my work has been published in The Guardian, The Observer, Stylist, The Sun, The Mirror, WIRED, Forbes, HuffPost, VICE, Cosmopolitan, Red, Refinery29, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, and many more. 

I specialise in sex, relationships, psychology, health, social development, sustainable living, and LGBTQ+ issues, but I’m interested in any story that speaks to the human experience and asks questions about how things work and, crucially, why. I’ve included a few of my favourites below.
